Empanelment of ITIA under R-APDRP -- Extension of Empanelment Guarantee.
|
This has reference to the bid submitted by different bidders for empanelment of IT Implementation Agency against RFQ no.R-APDRP/ITIA/2008/11 for any of/some of /all SI,NSP/GSP/MDASP role(s) under R-APDRP. The empanelment was initially for 3 years period and the validity ofthe Empanelment Guarantee(s) (EG) was for 3 years.
a) In line with Clause 2.28 of theRFQ document; you are requested to extend the validity of the EG for another two years i.e. valid up to 31st Jan2014, disclosing your association with implementation of R-APDRP (for anyrole) in any state/UT across India. Revised/ extended EG for such roles should be submitted before 15-Jan-2012 or three days before expiry of respective EG,whichever is earlier. In case of noncompliance to above you run the risk of cancellation/de-listing leading to forfeiture of the said EG (in line with Clause 2.8 (c) &(g) of the said RfQ).
b) In case you are not yetassociated with the implementation of R-APDRP in any state , you mayexercise the option to either extend the EG (mutually agreed as per Cl 2.28 ofRfQ) for 2 years i.e. valid up to 31st Jan 2014 and remain empanelled in orderto be available and work for ongoing/ re-bid projects of R-APDRP. Revised/extended EG, in such case, should be submitted before 15-Jan-2012 or three daysbefore expiry of respective EG, whichever is earlier OR your agency shall deemto be de-Empanelled from the list of Empanelled agencies on expiry ofrespective EGs.
Your response to a) or b) aboveshall be treated as your disclosure / consent to take necessary steps at ourend.
